Hi there
I am facing a problem with the eagle library that I have downloaded from this website
the arduino mega2560 with the PCB footprint is not auto routing

It's because you have used an Arduino library that is intended for creating shields to place the connectors for fitting an Arduino as a component to the board. The shield versions have a board outline for the shield on the dimension layer and when placing these on another board you will make EAGLE think it's a cut out area and it therefore can't route to it. You need to use an Arduino library library intended for adding an Arduino as a part on another board instead.
