Hi,

Could you please tell me what drilling machine has a resolution and/or
accuracy of 1/100000 inch = 0,254 micron ????

What is the sense of this resolution ?

After install of new version I had the same problem, not all machines
have so much zeros in the "brain". Fortunately it is easy to correct
when not forget ...

regards

Changing the resolution for Gerber and Excellon mainly came from board
manufacturers. They prefer higher resolution which should be the same
for Gerber and Exellon.
Recently we got the request to add mm resolution as well in 3.4 format.

This is OK but it would be maybe better if you use new output device
name to make full compatibility .... It is easy to overlook this small
change ....

Hi all,
I?m sure you gentlemen are aware that these excellon output files
are not used on a drilling machine but converted together with
the gerberfiles into the CAM software own format.
As asked in another topic here, I would like to have support for
the new revision of gerber (x2).
With 1 click, you should be able to output all layers, soldermask,
legends,? and also drill/rout files.
All the layer and pad/drill info is saved inside the gerber files.
All files are aligned and having the same accuracy.

With kindest regards
