Deleting a nonexistent port results in the port being added.

example:

port 'MYMODULE' 'INVALID_PORT_NAME' delete

results in INVALID_PORT_NAME being added to the module.


Software version: Eagle 6.91.1 for Windows
OS Info: Win7/SP1
