Hi Drew,
When I worked on my Systems Control Project last semester, I got my board in one week, and they are of good quality. I recommend you to go and estimate the price of the board with their pcb quote (http://www.bittele.com/pcb-quote-online.asp) page. In addition, as a student, I suggest you to look at their low cost PCB layout services (http://www.bittele.com/PCB-Design-Layout.asp), if you are not very farmiliar with pcb design.
Good luck!

I realize this is old but...

http://PCBShopper.com is a new site I created to compare prices from
different PCB manufacturers. It currently includes 9 manufacturers, and
I hope to add more.

I have used http://imall.iteadstudio.com/open-pcb/pcb-prototyping.html

They are good, but they are in China and you may have to wait some.
Their turn around is fast but you will probably have longer shipping
times.

I have found several ads for all the exact services elsewhere but this
is the cheapest by as much as 80 percent.
I'm not sure but I think several of the other links I found get there
processing done here.

I have been recommended and have some boards away at *Hackvana*
(http://www.hackvana.com/store/)

Mitch is an Australian and interfaces between you and the factory.

Hi Drew,
I use ITead Studio (IMall) when I can afford to wait for shipping.
I sometimes use APC (Alberta PC) for 48 hour delivery in Canada because
I don't run into brokerage fees.

Hey Drew,

I stand by iteadstudio as well, very good prices, quality and 100%
e-test.

About shipping, I can confirm that too, it takes a while... so you'd
better be ready to wait.
