EET IPC7351A Package Creator
Extend the value of CadSoft EAGLE. This tool allows professional PCB designers to quickly and accurately create EAGLE packages (footprints) using a small set of IPC7351A footprint parameters.
Functionality
Using a short list of footprint parameters from IPC7351A you can quickly and accurately create footprints with any number of pads. BGA's with thousands of pads can be created in less than a minute.

Licensing is very flexible and done with typical engineering use in mind. EET uses the native EAGLE scripting languages so it will run on any platform supported by EAGLE itself and with the current license from CadSoft. Install and use on any computer as long as the number of people using the tool matches the EET license.
Full support is provided via the support forums. Post any issues with the tools here along with suggestions for new features and tools.
