EAG100 :: Intro to PCB Design Using CadSoft EAGLE

 

Description   A course for those who are new to circuit design and CadSoft EAGLE. The course introduces the participants to using EAGLE for electronic design. Each participant will go through labs that put the concepts into practice. Common pitfalls to avoid will be highlighted.
Pre-Requisites   Basic understanding of circuit design,schematic entry, and board layout. The tutorial that is installed in the /doc sub-directory (also available here) is recommended.

EAG110 :: Professional Design with CadSoft EAGLE

 

Description   This course is for those who are familiar with CAD design in general and are looking to take full advantage of EAGLE. The course starts with detailing the process of creating reliable libraries and issues with this process. Schematic capture and board layout are both addressed. Each participant will go through labs that put the concepts into practice. Efficiencies that are not obvious will be presented that allow the attendee to greatly increase their productivity using EAGLE.
Pre-Requisites   Each participant should install EAGLE and be familiar with the user interface. The tutorial that is installed in the /doc sub-directory (also available here) should be completed.

Description   This course is for those who are familiar with CAD design in general and are looking to take full advantage of EAGLE. The extra day allows for more time in doing the labs and for user interaction.  Each day ends with a question and answer period.
Pre-Requisites   Each participant should install EAGLE and be familiar with the user interface. The tutorial that is installed in the /doc sub-directory (also available here) should be completed.

EAG310 :: Professional Design with CadSoft EAGLE

  

Description   This course is for those who are familiar with CAD design in general and are looking to take full advantage of EAGLE. The course starts with detailing the process of creating reliable libraries and issues with this process. Schematic capture and board layout are both addressed. Each participant will go through labs that put the concepts into practice. Efficiencies that are not obvious will be presented that allow the attendee to greatly increase their productivity using EAGLE.  The Auto-Router is also covered in this course.

The extra 2 days allows for even more in-depth labs and interactivity. There is a detailed question and answer period on the end of the third day to address specific design questions and how EAGLE can best be used in your particular design environment.
Pre-Requisites   Each participant should install EAGLE and be familiar with the user interface. The tutorial that is installed in the /doc sub-directory (also available here) should be completed.
